The button to spawn the helicopter or plane doesn't work on the island's estate (specifically the island).
It happened today, July 23rd, and leaving and returning to the game didn't resolve the issue.

Update: Somehow it started working again when I restarted the game a third time, but I'll leave this report open because I don't know if this is a solution as it might fail again.

Hey! Thanks for reporting this. I have been unable to reproduce this issue. Were you doing anything in particular before this issue occurred, apart from spawning the Estate then attempting to open the vehicle menu?
