Add an F1 Track to the Estate Gamepass

Suggestion:
I suggest adding an F1-style race track to the Estate Gamepass. It would give players a place to roleplay races, car meets, driving events, and other motorsport-themed activities.

Why I Think It Would Be Good:

Adds more roleplay opportunities for Estate owners.
Gives players a dedicated area for racing-themed roleplays.
Makes the Estate Gamepass feel more unique and enjoyable.
Could be used for events with friends or other players.

I think an F1 track would be a fun addition that fits well with roleplays.

Not necessarily. The track would mainly be for roleplay purposes, which is what Brookhaven is focused on. Players could still use any vehicle they have access to, and people with the car pass could use faster cars if they wanted to

Also a Karting track would make more sense, since estates aren't really THAT big. So a Karting track would fit more perfectly in size, but f1 track could also do it :]
