First, if possible can you grab another video where you open the Avatar Editor and show what items are equipped? I think one of the body parts may be missing on your avatar

This appears to be related to your Roblox Avatar, and I'm looking into this.
You can work around this issue by changing your avatar via the Avatar Editor in Brookhaven (second from the top on the right side of the screen) or by changing your avatar via Roblox customization
