To be honest, I would just want a Insane asylum estate so we can finally, legally, lock up the remaining sociopaths and phycopaths in Brookhaven!

Think about it

78.4% of Brookhaven citizens just try to murder random people

The rest either just have a home but no job, or just adopt kids without additional fees.
