These events can be triggered randomly on public servers

NATURAL EVENTS

Soft Rain

Like a normal rain, but the sky is clear, barely any fog

Windy Rain

Normal Fog (just like the rain or snowing), Wind is visible pushing the raindrops, chaotic rain (a little so its not too interrupting)

Thunderstorm

Normal rain, Thunder strikes random places (or located ones is okay), dark ambient

ADDITIONAL : When player get struck, an x-ray electrocuted effect plays for a second

Windy

If there was a raining variant, why not a normal winds? just sum windy stuffs

ADDITIONAL FLOODING DETAILS

when flooding, the pools near the playground can be transparent or be deleted, lake madison water too

Comet Passing-by & Comet rain

i've dreamed a comet rain once.. i'll never forget that..

these comets can be rare or even can be set by a private server controller

my idea is sometimes a meteor fall down and you can get a meteorite from it, even a badge!

City Power Outage

Watchdog RP boutta be epic lol.

The power outage turns off all light sources, but maybe not for houses, if so maybe you can get a notification when this happens to turn on all your house's light

Broken Water Pipes

Maybe add like a pot holes to the game, that would be great too! but we're in Event suggestion so.

This will occur and what you need to fix this is either a hammer or a wrench

What about a broken power line for the power outage?

there was no powerlines anywhere so maybe Brookhaven's power run from underground cables, maybe yeah its a good idea for that

would be a disaster if people trolls anyone that wants to fix them tho

Foggy, Just like windy rain it would be a bit chaotic

ADDITIONAL : Snow Props added to some map when this event occurs, like snow pile ices in the roof edges etc
