I can't use any weapons

When I try to select weapons it says "you can't use this tool here"

I flew on the broom and for some reason I also get the glitch when I'm in the wicked house

brookhaven doesnt allow equiping a gun to certain areas like the school for american reasons

its blocked inside the house and when on the broom but once you are out it shouldn't affec you anymore

But as you can see in this clip I wasn't in any of those areas I was at spawn
