Permanent private server

so uhm... hear me out: make the private servers free but as soon as you join the game checks if you own a gamepass, which'll be the ps gamepass. Now, if somebody else tries to join in your server he will get kicked even tho the server isn't his, to fix that make so that when another player joins in the game checks if the owner is in game, if he is it'll let the player2 join... any ideas if this could work ?
