I feel as if beach house plots would positively impact the game. This could be good for many reasons like:

Increased player count for public OR private servers (+2)

More types of roleplays (beach/coastal city rps)

More impact to the beachside overall (more depth.

beach houses would be so cool, but I think we would need a new coast too. The one we have now is too flat (the main island is literally just a square), and has a very short sand area
