PS owners should be able to spawn various disasters if they have the disaster pass, such as:
- more extreme flooding than the flooding in game
- tornadoes (with tornado sirens)
- hurricanes
- earthquakes
- wildfires
- volcanic eruptions
- sinkholes
- dust storms (possibly customiseable colour dust for snowstorms?)
- hailstorms
- thunderstorms
