I already suggested this, an estate office with 3 floors every one will have a break room or something like that, also some vending machines and decoration like that
Offices only in floor 2 and 3 in floor 1 is more like an reception you can put a name in the entrance it will have a fence and a moving fence like the military estate house, in the roof i think it would be not necessary to add a helicopter spawner, thats your decision. The office will had a elevator conected to roof, to all floors and stairs. It would have a security room with cams (I would say no because it couldn't get in with all the offices).
