I think the Halloween update that instead of focusing on like the candy hunt I think the theme should be agency! For example some stores close down bc the agency took them over. Then new tanks and sus cars with the agency logo on them. And houses linked with the agency should have bordered up windows and some green goop! This dosent have to be linked with the Halloween update more of it’s own update.
