only way to get rid of specific pieces of layered clothing would be:

making a layered clothing blacklist (inefficient, extremely high commitment & would get outdated within a day)

Limiting the layered clothing to a specific list (Ppl would be mad that a specific piece of layered clothing is not in the game)

dont get me wrong, adding layered clthing would be great, at least for me it would. but i can see why paq is iffy on adding it.
