please make banning people from houses more easier

there can be a GUI which allows you to select (from something like a list) who can be banned and who can't be banned from houses, so that people can't bother you whilst roleplaying and doing other things someone could be doing
also, if you could, please make it so that if you ban someone from their house, they get banned permanently unless you unban them (if you get what i mean)
