I did - it was strange I couldn't move it at all but a friend could make it crawl along super slowly

yeh i couldnt move it at all ether, i was about to report that actually.

Ok I played around with this for a bit and the yacht doesn't move after changing the speed - would explain why my friend could still move it because their default was still 25mph. However if I change the speed then back to 25mph it still won't budge.
