Around 80% of the player base is unable to RP Properly. Toxicity and cheating are managed by Roblox Moderation (Most of the time), and the owner of Brookhaven prefers not to have in-game moderators. Not to mention the game gets almost 1 Million players so moderating could be near impossible. An In-Game Report system is really pointless.

You are right, maybe i have gone to far to ask for this pointless system, maybe if i have a little bit more faith to the game will then i found a server with normal people who atleast know the concept of RP.
