Newest update today respectfully was unsatisfactory. We've waited like 3 weeks for some more basic houses. I'm suspecting you've been running out of ideas, But this has been suggested way to many times to go overlooked. Car Revamps. Police cars, Civilian cars, Similarly to the firetruck or ambulance revamp, Maybe an undercover police car (Not SUV) or something like that, A unique car.
Even better could be a town Expansion. Not a map expansion, A town Expansion. At least 2-3 more buildings near the bridges exiting town to give it the feel it's a bit bigger than it is. I get the idea is to be simple to navigate, but a bit more wouldn't cause trouble.
Final suggestion, More sensible businesses. More offices for company's, no more small stores. Literally the whole town is Rockstar clothes, A few restaurants, grocery and bank. That's basically all except police, fire and hospital. Nothing in terms of business or companys barely at all.
