By destroyed I mean invaded but I'll just start with it.
The general area of the actual house will look broken down(specifically as if it's been bombed), the lights will sometimes randomly flicker because the lines to transport electricity have been damaged(badly).
The interior will look abandoned (basically random equipment scattered across the interior). This could just be the normal military base estate(or house) but worn down and abandoned.

might add more details tomorrow cuz I wrote this at 2 am lol
