2nd floor: SWAT Zone
3rd floor: State Troopers Zone

gimme one good reason why would three independent defense organizations be under one roof 🤦‍♂️ so realistically here’s what i think is a better idea:

The current building: The Police and Special Weapons and Tactics team are based there.
They add another building for Sheriff and Special Response Team. (cuz you dont usually get swat for sheriff departments)
They add another building for State Troopers and their idk, Special Emergency Response Team.

But generally they should upgrade the current building for like offices, briefing room, locker room, shooting range etc, so it’s not a bad idea tbh. They should also expand their car park too.

Currently FBI Room Is Inside The Town Hall, As It's Federal Unit It Has It's Place For It, And About The Hidden Base At Blackhawk Underground, It's Good For Another FBI RPs
