Hello, person viewing this suggestion. I am rechkunov and I’m here to give ideas to make Estates a bit more useful. I can’t guarantee it might bring in more purchases, or make it more fun. But however, best for the estate gamepass to be worth it!

Factory
The factory can make supplies, toys, or anything! With the warehouse that was recently added, it can be used with the factory to add flavor when roleplaying. I love to host roleplays frequently with new ideas, and people want to be creative. So why not help them out by adding this idea?

Superstore
A superstore is a big shop, containing supplies, toys, and necessities for people to eat, have fun with, and more. It can be also mixed with the Factory so that the courier can deliver it to the superstore and get money when roleplaying! This can be used for a lot of stuff, so why not add the Superstore?

Headquarters
Like the agency headquarters, it’s now business headquarters! This can be used for business roleplays, crime roleplays, and more! You could make it so that the headquarters have 3 options:
• Agency Headquarters: Can be used for agency roleplays.
• Business Headquarters: The main option.
• Police/News Headquarters: This can be used for news roleplays, and crime stories, or more!

The people would love a new estate as of now, because some are likely to regret purchasing the estate gamepass. By adding 1 of these estates, they now like the gamepass! Please consider this decision as I spent my heart into it, thank you Wolfpaq! If it’s good, leave a ✅ please. (If you want)
