Greetings, I, Decode, would like to suggest for Non playable Characters, also known as NPCs, such as them in Police Station, Town hall, etc. Make it like so the private server owner can specify how much should be there, listen, this will add more roleplay options, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS A GAMEPASS! [IT IS SO PAINFUL] I would like to see NPC's!
