My suggestion is that u should add more islands to discover and u could go there by boat or by car (u need to make bridges there) and the islands could be like different themes like desert, countryside, mountains etc and maybe even an active volcano but if not possible it can be a volcano that erupted years ago and has still lava somewhere around (Please try to make the water swimmable it should be possible because there is swimmable water in lake madison tho...)
