Before reading i want u to know that im saying many ideas into one suggestion (ofc Map ideas).

1: River : I think there should be a river between the lake and sea. Im not saying a big one im saying something small. Something that a small boat can go into.

2: Beaches: I think there should be beaches added, public and from getting a house.

3: Boat and car: Players should have a boat and a car at the same time. Like how u did with small vehicles and cars.

4: Server size : Ik that youve alredy made it bigger, but i think it should be even more. ( Tbh i dont know if u need to spend robux to do this. But please try to expand it more)

5: Fishing system : There should be a system about fishing, that there are fish
in sea and lake, that u can catch them (ofc im meaning that you should also add fishes).

6: Sherif : So in one of the sides in brookhaven i think there should be a sherif station like in the outside area. This also includes that there should be a house place that u get from the gamepass.

7: Trash system : So this is a system that lets u drop things (like food and such), there will also be trash cans and u can drop them into the trash can or drop them in the floor. Exept for that everyday that passes in brookhaven there will be a amount of trash thrown. And u can volunteer to clean the city or u get the job. This doesn’t mean that there wont be a trash day.

8: Streets: I think there should be added more streets like beetween stations of buildings like between police station and daycare. Or more streets outside of brookhaven.

9: Houses: I think there should be more houses. Like in the bank side neighbourhood instead of the three houses in the beach side there should be six. So like two new streets. The left connects four house ( the street is between the 12 and 13 house.) and the right two houses (the road is in the side of 11 house). And in the club side neighbourhood there should be like two more houses in the upper part of the neighbourhood or the other neighbourhood.

10: Apartments : I think there should be more apartments, like four apartments on each building. This means that there should also be added other apartment buildings like on top of the diner or on top of the post place.

11: Dealerships : this is a side suggestion. It think there should be a gamepass that gives u accses to make dealerships. Like it allows u to have two-three houses and own five-six cars and boats. To allow people to “sell” them. This includes houses and apartments but not estates, u cant have more than one estate and if u alredy have on u can only have about two other houses or two pther apartaments.
