In 2021 I bought the gamepasses in this photos. In early 2022 I no longer had the passes when I noticed I had no nametag I reported this to bugs but got ignored. I reported this to Roblox they said to ask the owner and the devs said to report this to bugs so I just hope I get my game passes back.

Roblox handles the purchasing, handling and storing of all game passes and all financial transactions, we do not. The Brookhaven game just asks Roblox what you have. If they lost your pass then our game reads it as if you have no pass. Unfortunately, when you first made an account with Roblox, and you agree to the terms of service, Roblox explicitly says it does not provide refunds. It's just the way roblox does it. We are sorry for the inconvenience. A possible fix is to restart your device. Thanks
