Why i think my premium its broken? :

🔴I cant change cars colors, my car tuition say “Brookhaven” instead my Roblox username that its “Carlos”, i cant put fire in my cars or smoke, i cant drive the caravan or other vehicles, i cant put music on my cars, etc…

This has been happening to me since I bought the pass (25/4/21)

I also can't drive some non-premium vehicles.

⚠️If this has no solution, I want my robux back from the premium pass (250 robux), the vehicle upgrade pass (30 robux) and the music pass (150 robux) the total is 430 robux, even if it is only 5 dollars if this does not work If solved, I want my corresponding Robux or I will have to resort to other legal means.⚠️

I hope I don't have to resort to other means.

Because if an in-game pass does not work you can report it to roblox and an employee will review the situation

But I'm fairly certain there is something wrong with all of Brookhaven because I couldn't use my tow truck or change the color of it

When singing up for roblox, you had agreed to their ToS

ToS states that you CANNOT get a refund

Did you get this problem fixed?

It's not a bug, some hacker did this thing to you directly. I have the same exact problem with an extra flavor. When I play music inside a car I only get a disgusting flatulence noise. So it's obviously intended.
