description: if you fly an airplane upwards, get reasonably high up, grapple your own plane, fall down, wait a little and jump then it will noclip you and the plane through the ground and allow you to operate it

other one:
if you get into a car and grapple yourself at the correct angle, you start flying in the direction you grappled yourself. you can also unequip the grapple hook to fall into the water letting you use a car in the water
