I am encountering an issue where I am unable to link my email to the game shop, as the system indicates no game progress is associated with it. I access the game through the Android Play Store, and only one email is linked to both the Play Store app and the Shop Titans game.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or solutions Thank you 🙂

Not an issue - looking at your account I can confirm it doesn't have any Kabam ID attached to it, only Google Play

Those aren't the same thing. You'd have to set up Cross Connect from the in-game Settings menu

Make sure to use an email you will never loose access too. Because once you set up cross connect, you can never change your email with kabam.
