#Why is this happening?

I went camping for about a week and hadn’t played the game. But i updated the game when the update arrived and i tried to get back on the game and this is what happened

It won’t let me do anything. Can’t craft, finish items, press on customers items, and everything on the bottom is grey and can’t press on it. The only things I can press are the events and buttons on the side, and my level. Does anyone know how to fix it?

So you've sent a total of three tickets, all by email, none of which provide any identifying account info, the oldest of which was sent at around 8pm Eastern on Friday (so after the work day had wrapped) which is why you haven't heard back yet
