Are you absolutely, 100% positive you've tied your game account to the right email? It wouldn't be the first case we've had where someone has multiple email addresses, uses email A for Shop Titans, but accidentally claimed their webstore gifts/purchases using email B (which is tied to a level 1 untouched game account)
i had this happen aswell
i cant say for certain i didnt receive the item but upon clicking claim the popup saying items received from claiming webstore never popped up in game

it started after the new update never had this issue prior
I think it might be as you say. I once had trouble logging in and connecting my account to Kabami, and maybe something went wrong. Where could I go for help to resolve this?
