I had opened a post back in November last year and I'm still having issues. I've sent numerous follow-ups and have not heard anything. I sent a recent follow-up with more in-depth troubleshooting and still nothing. I'd like to know if this is something that is being looked at since this has been going on for over a YEAR!

Something like that is going to be very you-specific, since it's by no means widely reported. Something very exacting about your system configuration, settings, etc. If you have a ticket open about it then we've likely already collected your DxDiag from you, which means QA's doing a deep dive on it to see if there's anything we can even do on our end, or if it's outside of our control.

Is it possible the "numerous follow ups" were all new tickets and its just been a year of deleted duplicates and confusion?

Looks like you were outright told there was nothing further we could do for you 157 days ago, per your ticket history

Your DxDiag was forwarded along to QA back on December 9th of last year. Given nothing's come of it yet, I'd say it's fairly likely there wasn't anything on our end to be done

If not then you at least know it is an issue with Steam and can go from there

Epic game launcher won't load, but here is a detailed list of what I sent in:
Technical Crash Summary:

Exception: 0xc0000005 (Access Violation)

Module: GameAssembly.dll

Function: BrotliDecoderIsFinished+0x10962

Cause: Null pointer dereference (movsx eax, byte ptr [eax+6] with eax = 0x00000000)

Stack trace shows crash during IL2CPP/Brotli decompression — possibly asset/script loading.

What I’ve Tried:

Clean reinstall of Shop Titans and deletion of cached assets

Disabled overlays, antivirus, and background tools

Updated GPU drivers and Windows

Cleared AppData, Steam download cache, and Unity cache

Tested different Unity launch flags (-force-d3d11, -glcore, etc.)

Captured full .dmp and Unity logs

Despite these steps, the crash still occurs regularly.

Do you open the game with the library in steam or do you click the shop titans app to open it?

I have seen some other people fix their game by installing microsoft visual C++. Try uninstalling and reinstalling them.

i have the same issues here about 1 month ago. when i starting the game maybe i have luck and can play for 1 hour and the the game will crash complettly closing OR i can not loading the game and when the game are in loading thing i lost connection to the server. I was try the same as @shut palm ... and also asked ChatGPT with my crahing log. I was also install windows Fresh to hope shopt titans issues was gone, but NOPE after this i have the same issues.

I play it on Steam or Epic games i have Windows 11 Home 24H2 ... but when i play the game on my mobile phone i can play it.

Maybe i think it on Windows update from 23H2 to 24H2 then i get problems with shop titans

other games like Dreamlight valley i can play without any issues ... or Final fantasy ... or other games ... i have no problem
