If yes then fire the two heroes I mentioned, if no then wait until you struggle/get AF (Whichever comes first)

The main thing is that you're ML44.
Being pre-53 lowers the bar pretty significantly on what constitutes a usable hero. Usually "do they have two skills that compliment their role" is enough.

There are two major points to when people start to care about their rosters
- Their first major road block
- Merchant Level 53

"Do they have two skills that compliment their role" and maybe giving them some gear tweaks will usually get you by until you hit 53 and then you can start taking things more seriously.
