#roster help
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
As you progress you want to aim for at least 3 heroes consisting of at least 2 archetypes per element
- titania fire, you want 2 skills you wont have to reroll for a while since theres a significant chance of having to reroll s3-4
- yzbel fire, same reason as titania
- eddard and marmaduke check s3
- calil fire, ranger is a defensive class
- juliano check s3-4
- sonya check s4
- tammara check s3-4
- julian fire, no weapon skill or attack
- gareth fire later, even without knowing s4 you would have to reroll s1 and s2
- katya check s4
- cheryl check s3-4, great start
- teela is in an odd spot, you dont have any attack but they can use double weapon skills so you could promote and get an attack skill in s3 or s4
- Giralt reroll s2 to attack/weapon/crit skill
- ok fire, no weapon skill or attack and s3 is pretty weak for spellcasters since they dont gain much from evasion
- sarah check s4
archetypes are fighters(reds)/rogues(greens)/spellcasters(blues)
hello
Keep, that set is great!
Some HP and attack from S1, Def + evasion on S2, and more evasion on S3
Hmm, tough call to make but I think maybe no? Since you need as many mission critical tools in S1 and S2
Mages are one of the classes that can run stacked weapon skills, but I don't know if that's better than having a bonus attack skill
I'd wait for Archon to comment on this
attack % is really easy to get at least, and you only habe one other hero i’d consider promoting so i’d go for it here
oh i see archon is voting no
do i have to reroll any skill
for it to be better
I won't
Not until very later down the road
That knight is great and has very low promotion priority and low reroll priority
I'd fire this one
JPAK already gave his comments for this hero though
julian fire, no weapon skill or attack
Jpak's comment had both fire (titania, yzbel, calil, julian, ok) and fire later (gareth)
But don't fire more than 2 at a time 😬
3 is fine
I recommend two so you can fit them in one team + one carry + one champion
Three would require you to send two teams instead
But it's not a problem!
yah my roster is kinda crippled anyways
very bad skills
so
;-;
dont really make a diff
It's not bad in my opinion, have seen way worse rosters from people of a higher level. You are doing good
And it keeps improving
hows that possible the fact i cant do the deep coral
easy level
how do higher lvl players deal with that
Skills isn't everything, your equipment makes up as much if not more impact than skills
Gear, enchantments, hero levels
Especially spirits and enchants
Ehh seems fine?
how do i give hp
Yeah, my bad
I think you're judging for jungle standards hahaha
Idk if this is a good amount for sunken temple though
Ignore my comment, I'm not used to looking at low level Heroes
Yuki is doing a way better job
And your problem might be your dps heroes
You can have the tankiest and strongest tank in the world, but if you aren't doing enough damage to kill the enemy
Yeah this hero is great. Ignore Star power
You'll end up losing regardless
Knight usually have like 1/3 star power of other heroes
Me neither tbh 🤷♀️
Good ones
I genuinely have no idea if that's a good amount of hp/def for temple and I'm in my bed rn
I'm NOT using the sim on my phone
if an item has water afiinity
should i enchant it with fire
does it have any effect
or nullify?
Enchant it with the Heroes element, mostly ignore affinities unless it's a spellblade
sorcerer?
The affinity only buffs the one it has affinity for, it won't nerf other elements
Always enchant with the hero's innate element unless it's a spellblade or geomancer
But even for geomancer's I recommend just going for water element rather than the item's innate element
Soul that one
oki
If you have Roland, S4 into adept is the easy button here
You have over 350% bonus attack I think
All natural might be better
Oh that too!
No worries, just pray to RNGesus!
All good you have many good options for S4
You need a titan soul for that which you can obtain from tower of titans event (Happens once a month)
nvm found it
To soul, click on the + icon next to their name
Congrats on your first amazing hero!
He'll be doing a LOT of heavy lifting
Give him some good gear later on and he will carry
Yeah i have a impervious dancer its good
S3 useless right now, could single dice it for anything else if you have dice
Anything. Just one dice
Great
Fire hero
oh
Element fire
which one better
druid has low stats what could be alternate earth heroes
are is druid just fine im sorry for contradicting
im jus a bit confysed
;-;
If you're referring to the stars in the hiring page, I would ignore them
Earth doesn't have a lot of options, it's between druid, wanderer, and soldiers
Yes they can have gold skills but they can only have three skills without being promoted with titan souls
They're great and I personally like em as much, if not more than the other spellcasters like warlocks/astramancers if you promote the druid
An archdruid can still do significant damage (Less than either warlock/astramancer) but makes up for it by having a much higher staying power
This allows them to stay in fights where a warlock/astramancer would have already died, letting them having a much higher average damage per quest than warlocks/astramancers
Thx
@outer latch
thanks
review
ok
which one do i take
i think comabat told me some time back but i forgot
;-;
sorry
Look at the numbers for the order
combat said not to take the 8th one
8th one?
I'm confused 😅
he didnt say that my bad
he said not to take the treasure hunter 3rd one
sorry
No problem at all haha
Imagine not putting a point in double soul
Ehh
Yeah but I'm not made of gems
But the for the remaining 1%, it is the best talent in the game if your roster isn't done yet
I'd spend 100 gems once a month
Or I could just level up right before ToT and use that talent point for the soul
Doing that will let me only spend 50 gems
True
how do i get 3rd skill die
Fusion (full moon) or tower
Or.. some content passes, shop offers
But mostly: tower
Later
S3 is hard to roll
agree
Tower depends on which one you do, different tower difficulties give different skill die variations
which level tho
my guild does extreme
Tower is an individual event
You pick your difficulty
You need to do Gamma for S3 die
Delta, Epsilon, and Terror all give S4 die
which level tho
does it have die
if i just build one good squad would the be able to co plete it?
I'm sorry?
I forgot if the lower towers have elemental barriers for tower
which level has skill die as a reward do you know
Assuming they do, then it's not possible to clear with just one team
All
There are 30 floors and you want to complete all 30 floors
6 difficulties for tower and each difficulty gives different versions
Alpha = Skill 1
Beta = Skill 2
Gamma = Skill 3
Delta, Epsilon, Terror = Skill 4
to this point im trying to make a good roster
Then you should be able to clear it with just one team
no sorry beta
But it will be slower than if you had multiple teams since you'll need to wait for that team to finish resting
I skipped gamma so I don't know hahaha
woah
maintaining the hero equipent is gonna be a headache too
how did you skip gamma tho
Well, my first month I started playing I did tower on Beta when I was ML47 or so
2nd month I was ML67 and my team could do terror (The face shown was a
) but I was scared, so I went for epsilon
Then the last tot that was recent, I did terror and finally cleared it
how long are u playing for
I started 2nd may this year, so almost 3 months
Good? Yeah, I can call it good. Crazy good? Not there yet hahaha
The only tip for not running out of dice: don't use the dice
Keep
Check S4
No, it isn't
One purely defensive skill is great, but two of them is too much
Not to mention that it isn't a good skill in general since even Sturdy (Common health skill) provides more utility than that skill
Would suggest rerolling it to any weapon/crit skill
S1 + S2 puts you at 430% bonus attack which means that you benefit from having a weapon skill in S4
You get them through Tower of Titans
Check S4
That's a great set
You have CHC on S1, great bonus attack on S2, and the best weapon type skill in S3
No matter what you get in S4, this will be a good hero that can help you clear all content
Ok
Hire a druid now, look for a weapon skill + bonus attack skill
The next hero to fire is
"ok"
After you fired "ok", hire another druid to have 2 druids
wait something went wrong in my roster
i already have 1
i do not see a druid on your roster
Yes
I did something wrong
I'm rechecking rn
im sorry if i had tag on i didnt know about thta didnt wanna annoy any of you
I personally don't mind at all! It's sweet that you're considerate about it though :D
That druid is strong but has a major problem, he doesn't have a weapon skill
Hire a druid and a wanderer (After you fire ok)
no s3 die
Are you able to fuse any? It's currently the full moon
So you should have access to full moon fusion
Oh, that's unfortunate :(
Well, the good news is that tower of titans is coming after this current event
And you will have skill die in there as rewards
You'll want to use those to get any weapon skill for your druid
That's your highest priority
The titan soul should be used on your Sorcerer
ok
We could say the mage as well, since they need the titan soul to function
giralt has a soul
Oh, you should probably update Giralt to a warlock then! The soul should be used on teela/malik then
The next hero to fire is "ok" followed by "Gareth"
I see
one more soul left
Once you get a weapon skill on your druid, use a single die on S4 for Giralt
Though, it isn't that important
ok
Since the first three skills will carry you already
and do i souls teela now
why?
Well, teela does need the soul to function but I don't like promoting T1/T2 classes, especially without Roland/Mundra
ok
It's a waste of resources and you will end up firing heroes like Abigail, which are really strong
You have the best hybrid attack skill for a druid alongside the best weapon type weapon skill
is she a retire then ...
No matter what you get in S3, this Druid will put in a lot of work
i see
The first two skills are great, and that hero can go far if you promote
It's your choice to make!
Not a man but no problem!
do i fire ok rn?
thank you woman sounds a bit offensive idk why
its just a aphrase i ...many others use to refer to their peers irresepective of their gender
no offense ofc
ye
None taken! Just wanted to clarify
I won't fire "ok" just yet
A lot of your heroes are quite underlevelled
Marmaduke, Amelda, Ann, Cheryl, and now Abigail
ye
You'll want them levelled up further before you do anymore rehiring!
so i double enchent then right
And since you've decided to keep teela, you should promote them now
its good to go for now?
i can fire her
what do u think is the best
i can rehire hire as many times
Looking in the short term, there are more benefits than drawbacks. But if you get unlucky with S3/S4 then you could sorta consider that a minor setback
Nothing that can't be fixed with die and enough time!
I don't see any major reasons not to promote + keep teela
tru and yuki's guidance
But I also don't see any major reasons to keep teela either apart from the fact that they can use double weapon skills 😬
I guess the biggest downside for me, is that Mages are a free class
And you can literally reroll until you get Adept + Doublecast/Impervious
Not that rerolling for two gold skills is a good idea... but if you have the time to sit for hours and continuously reroll, you could eventually get the one that you want to keep
i see
But yeah! It's getting quite late for me (1.40am) but I can stay for a few more questions if you do have them
yessir
Gamma
;-;
You only have one Fire and two Earth heroes. Aim to have three heroes per element, so go Fire since that's your lower one. Berserkers are really forgiving to build so go with one of those.
ok
thnx
i was thinking of retiring sarah and juilano for a cleric and ranger would that be a decent choice
Check slot 4 on Sarah. That set so far is really good. If you're going to retire a Samurai, then Tammara is a much better candidate for that.
Cleric and Ranger are definitely good ideas, but you already have three heroes for both elements. I would recommend bringing Fire and Earth up to three heroes first.
ok
Pop quiz:
Why do you think Tammara is a better candidate to be retired than Juliano?
1sec
tammara being a samurai has no attack?
very defensve skills
sarah has better attack skills
this should be a nice one no?
bro looks awful
xd
That's incredible.
And yeah, pretty much on the Samurai. Tammara has a great set for a purely defensive Fighter, but Samurai are more designed to be hybrid attackers or pure crit attackers.
Juliano doesn't have any bonus Attack, but is generally a decent hybrid attacker / tank right now.
soo i retire tammara and get a better samurai would that be better?
and keep juliano then?
and is elise alright?
I would not really recommend hiring new Samurai right now. They're one of the most difficult classes in the game to build well and should generally be avoided until you have a really strong handle on your roster as a whole.
ok
Elyse is great. If you have spare T3 dice, I would throw one at her to see what happens.
i sepnt all i had on him didnt turn out well
;-;
ill need to get the pass
and hen ill reroll
so if i retire tammara what do i get
ok
You've done some shuffling around, could you please post a current roster?
do i soul her too
itll take some time
if u can wait
T6 class = super low priority. Additionally, this is a hero who doesn't have their full natural skillset yet.
AKA no.
(Or at least, not yet)
whats a full natural skill set
Flip over to her Skills tab for a sec.
(and please post it)
Yeah. The locked icon here means the hero still has skills available to learn via levelling up.
Now please post the same screen on Malik.
one more thing im remaking the roster i changed some names u wont i hope u wont mind
im sorry if it makes ur job diffcult
Well, he's been promoted now so he has the ability to learn skill 3.
If you check any T1 - T4 heroes who haven't been promoted yet, then you'll see they do not have the lock icon in slot 4 like these last two do. That means they've learned every skill they can before you promote them.
nice
Based on this and the "three heroes per element" thing, what do you think would be a good class to hire next?
Good!
What classes?
but in ur question id like to hire a muskiteer for pyro
and for earth not sure
wanderer seem sthe only option
A Musketeer and a Wanderer would be great choices, nicely done! That gives you a third hero for both elements, and different archetypes as well.
For Tammara, that would dip you to two Water heroes. A Geomancer is a good replacement. Monks work as well, but they can be a little harder to work with since they're T2 heroes.
should i reroll to see if i can get better ones or is this a keep for sure
My dude.
You have
on a Spellcaster.
This by itself is worth checking the next skill for.
hello
Nobody yet. Everybody who you might want to roll S1 on still has skills available to learn.
ok
man i got afew question about what my guild mates said about one heroe can i just say what they said and what u think of it?
Of course.
"It's an okayish start. Be better if the gold skill was in slot two, that bronze one isn't doing anything for anybody."
"It's one semi-good skill in a slot you can easily reroll, and a bad skill in the 2nd slot. It's retire fodder."
I agree that it would be a better set if the skills were reversed, but this is still incredible.
"I mean sure, you could always get lucky. I just usually skip those ones to save time and look for better. 🤷♂️"
he is end game almost
Quite frankly, that sounds an awful lot like the "I'm endgame so I only give advice that I myself would follow" mentality.
AKA it's not scaling to you and your specific situation.
is bar none the best weapon skill in the game for raw damage. It boosts two of the best weapon types and also has a secondary Attack bonus. Weapon skills are mandatory for most attackers.
is a decent boost to crit, which helps literally every damage dealer. It's not the best option sure, but it's still very good.
This set (especially being on a Geomancer) already has all the tools you need to be great.
thats fair
that for explainig man
Your guildmate's mentality is extremely common, and quite frankly I would take everything said by someone who's doing that with a big grain of salt.
I'll be real:
I am endgame and I would check slot 3 on that set.
For you who still has a ways to go to hit that point, this is probably one of the best heroes you'll see for a while.
i understand ur pov that tottally fair from ur pov but helps me quiet alot
he probably isnt that good at guiding
I will admit that I have a personal bias against the "I'm endgame so my advice doesn't scale down" mentality like that.
hey man thats a fairpov cant argue .
but he isnt like that if im being honest
he helps me quiet a bit .
I believe it, and that's great!
It's very good to have someone available to give you a hand like that.
And to elaborate on why the set would be better if the skills were reversed (aka it was
instead):
You can fuse T1 dice via Full Moon Fusion. The recipe isn't super expensive so this makes it pretty easy to reroll slot 1. Additionally,
is decent but there are generally better options for CHC. It's also locking you out of rolling its Rare upgrade
which is significantly better.
If the skills were reversed, then it's a lot easier to swap out
in slot 1 to either open up
in the skill pool or get something decent in the first slot in general.
If this Geomancer rolls basically any functional skill in the next two slots, she'll hard carry you for a long time.
nice
now i wanna energy drink her
;-;
but shes too low for that
and one more thing as i reached to lvl 60 new expansion could u guide me for an optimal bin and rack ratio
im very confused
;-;
i can share my current situation if u want to see.
Unfortunately... there kinda isn't an easy answer there. The general rule of thumb is to get as many racks as you need to craft comfortably and then fill the remaining furniture slots with racks.
The actual numbers are going to vary from person to person.
You'll almost always have a bottleneck somewhere when it comes to your shop setup. Often you'll find yourself lacking in either resources to craft or energy to Surcharge, so the step forward from there is to focus on getting more racks / bins to mitigate that or upgrade the ones you have.
would u like to see my setup and make some correction if needed
im not sure if got balanced amount
;-;
ive got a dice now do i reroll now?
It was 2 AM my time when you asked this, for the record.
no woorries ppl in the general chat said to keep it
ive got some 4th kill dies too
thank you
Anytime!
As for why this is a great skill:
You can almost always fit one purely defensive skill on your attackers. You will lose damage oer hit sure, but DPS drops to 0 if you're a corpse. Additionally, Druids have great synergy with defensive skills thanks to their innate ability boosting their Herb and Meal items. You also have a weapon skill (and the best one, at that) which is nearly mandatory for attackers and a general Attack skill.
Use that promotion on this Druid.
ok
man its a struggle to upgrade malady
do i send her to quests with powerful heroes?
or send her with weak heroes?
Ideally strong heroes to protect her.
Make sure you give her a good Familiar and Aurasong too.
im ok
max tier i can get her is 6
half of the time familiar aint on the market
but i got one todAY
luckily
At T7, use Anubis and the baseline T7 Aura (Flames, I think?)
Then switch to the T9s when you can do that.
ye
(aka skip the T8 options)
The best Familiar is always the highest tier option that has HP and Defense. Champions' biggest weakness is their low durability so having boosts to both stats is huge.
Cyclops has HP and Evasion. Evasion is pretty bad on Champions because most of them have a very low base value for it.
The T8 Aura grants CD to the party. This is OK but not great because it's a dead stat for heroes who aren't frequently dealing critical hits.
"Higher tier" very rarely means "better" in this game in any context (unless it's a direct comparison where both things are identical except for the tier).
damn
so my mage has only 2 skill yall dont tell me to retire her just yet and not promote her either whys that. isnt she week
her names teela
Skillset is
, correct?
Please remind me where that was mentioned for context.
.
yes but she said i can retire her later not yet
Yuki has an explanation of the term, but to clarify: "fire later" is a general term. We use it to give people an idea of how good a hero is and the general priority on retiring them. "Later" in this context means the hero is decent enough to stick around for a while and they'll put in good work, but they're not strong enough to stay permanently.
In this case, you have a T1 hero which means they can only learn two skills before promoting. With heroes like this, you're almost guaranteed to need to reroll slots 3 & 4 after you promote. You don't want to also have to go fishing for important skills while you're doing this. In the case of Teela here, you don't have any bonus Attack and you have two weapon skills. This build style works on Mages, but it kinda forces you into a specific build style where you NEED as much bonus Attack as possible to pair with them.
Yuki has an explanation of the term
I just realized that I hadn't explained this at for this chat yet!
Terminology
- Fire now: A hero with skills that are almost irredeemable and should be fired as soon as possible. Adds no value to the team right now, or are the weakest links of the roster.
- Fire later: Heroes that have no long term value, and that you will replace down the line. Typically split into high priority or low priority depending on how usable the set is in the short/long term. Assume high priority if unspecified
- ODC (One dice check): Using one skill dice to reroll a skill at a certain skill slot.
- S1/S2/S3/S4: Refers to the skill slot of a hero. S1 is the first skill for all heroes and is obtained at level 5, S2 is obtained at level 10, S3 at level 23, S4 at level 35. Note that some classes are only able to obtain up to S2/S3 naturally, without being promoted using titan souls
amkes sense
thanks
A defensive skill is always welcomed
what could be better
is it good tho
for my level?
or retire or reroll?
is there a way to quickly lvl up?
It's the 2nd best defensive skill on a geomancer
and s2?
Get one or two very strong carry hero's, then use those heroes to carry your other heroes in bleakspire peak if you're able to
Archon already talked about it
if the low lvl hewro dies does it get the xp?
They don't
That's why you focus only on defensive gear and spirits for your low level heroes
;-;
gamble or use mega power one
guys can u pls tell me the best team i can pull with my roster damage wise
;-;
Swap the Spellblade in that screenshot for Elyse and that's probably the best you can do at a quick glance.
THIS IS OKAY.
Equipment is a big deal when it comes to hero strength. If you have a cohesive skillset and halfway competent gear, then you'll do a lot better than one would expect.
whats halfway component gear
"Usable", basically.
(Also, "competent", not "component". Those are two very different thing.)
oh yes yes
is solid on Fighters and the first two skills make for a strong start of a hybrid attacker / tank set.
any reroll i shall perform?
i was thinking of getting a top tier one waith all gold skills
should i do it imean in down to spend some gold
Don't think about this, frankly your roster is not anywhere near the point you should even consider doing this
And all gold skills doesn't necessarily mean good
;-;
You also won't be spending gold to do this
Unless you have Mundra and a load of time on your hands
huh
Argon's Finest
You can do a LOT more than you think you can.
1 sec
You can send 2 teams down jungle extreme
With that roster
At a quick glance at least
yes just havent updated some skilss
This is my goto example.
Second set looks significantly weaker than the first, but is so much better.
The rest can all go to hard once they're level 40 with the right gear
wow
(with proper equipment, of course)
i mean the right gold skill combos
any random gold skills wont do
ikthat
Of course. This is an example of that principle.
You can send all teams down jungle extreme with only normal/rare skills 😬
No legendary gear either
It all depends on if they're the right skills.
Full flawless gear, titan soul, level 40
ik ;-; but some strong ones just ake it more fun to look at
I can totally respect that and I'm like that as well! But you need to do it at the right time
Frankly, this is not the right time to be picky and going for all gold skills
That's filed under "my roster is done so I'm looking for better than what I already have".

This game is primarily built on incremental progress.
If you tunnelvision on what your endgame plan is (or on what endgame players are doing), you're going to get frustrated when you don't get there immediately.
You can do that later when your current roster has all been levelled up and you slowly work on one or two heroes at a time
i understand
It happens in every game like this ever.
i understand
Option 1: Fire your "mid" heroes now and work towards perfect heroes immediately
Option 2: Focus on getting everyone levelled up then work on one/two heroes to "perfect" at a time
patience
Option 2 will be far faster and efficient
i see
Reason is because your core roster is solid and you can send multiple teams down harder dungeons which will give you better gear, gold, equipment, XP
That in turn will help you grow faster and get more hero slots, quest slots, better equipment etc
Earlier on, you might spend many days, if not weeks to get a hero from 10 to 35
But once you get a core roster and have a few very strong heroes, you can get a hero from 10 to 35 in less than 10 hours
Which will let you get the 4 gold skill heroes a lot faster
I'll send a short video of my roster progression over the past few months, each picture is updated roughly every 2 weeks
You'll see a massive improvement after my core roster is strong
Because I made a few strong heroes that carried everyone to a good point which made me grow faster
(honestly probably not, at least the last few. just do the first few progression ones.)
Uhh check DMs and tell me which point I should stop
(you're a bit of an outlier with how quickly you picked everything up)
do i have the few strong ones that carried u like yours
I can see one great example immediately
Your warlock
except that one
Cgeryl is has a lot of potential too
You just need to pick up any bonus attack skill in S4 and she'll carry
eddard and gregor are probably doing a lot of work currently
do i need to replace the warlocks last skill tho
Elyse is amazing too
Eventually you do
i have a few dies
It's not bad to have a defensive skill, but 2 defensive skills is a bit too much on an attacking class
do i try?
Definitely
do it
;-;
but he isnt missing anything really 😄
whats that
yeah
lesgo
I would be 95% happy with a warlock like that
Not at all
That isn't considered too much
I'd say it's either just right or even a bit under
i mean i just auto select my squads could u give me some arragements?
No need to worry about arrangements
The easiest thing to do is to pair your weakest heroes with your strongest heroes
Then if they can't clear, pair a strong champion
If they can clear, pair a weaker champion
alr
yeah. game usually selects your strongest heroes first. what i would do is let it auto select, then unselect one strong hero and add a weak hero instead
this way you send balanced teams
If I were you, I'd focus on getting to bleakspire peak and get one team that can carry extreme solo or duo
Probably something like Argon + voldemort + two lower level hero
If you can't carry with just Argon + Voldemort then add another strong hero to carry
Cgeryl, Malik, Elyse are good options for your 2nd carry if needed
letme check 1 sec
Then use bleakspire extreme to level your highest potential heroes to 36
i need some gear advice
Give those heroes T14 equipment and move on
ok
Repeat this process until all of your hereos are level 36 then get them all to 38/40
do i give my warlock all max tier equipment?
All T15 is a bad idea
The best setup is a mix of T14/T15
this is current the ones that havent broken any replacement needed?
To carry in bleakspire
Weapon: Titan Admiral Arms
Clothes: Chronomancer's Robe (For more damage)
Desssert: Starberry Pie
Boots: Voidwalker (For more damage)
Spell: Tribal Scribble
Spell: Tribal Scribble
Spirits: ALL 6 leviathans
When you start doing jungle
Replace clothes with Malady's Robe
Replace Boots with Titan Admiral Boots
Replace both spell with Lilu's Starfall
Spirits: Weapon should use Titan Enchant, keep everything else leviathans
ok
Too much defensive power on attackers is not great.
This is a tank.
(also you're missing a piece of equipment there)
it not on the market
i can see t15 but for heroes we can equip them from the market i think
im ml 61
filters are bugged sometimes
if you can see T15 on the market, then there will definetly be titan admiral arms there
well, you can't equip it if you cant buy it 😄 its no big deal though
market tiers arent far off
like... 65 I think?
Correct.
61
(No, Combat was saying you need to be 65 to see T15s on the market)
Breathe.
Got permission from the boss!
There's a lot in this game that can be overwhelming. This is a lot to take in.
Here's a quick roster progression video to show how progression is incremental and takes time
ST is also a game of incremental progress.
You will get there.
thanks for emotional support
xp
now add some epic music
ur roster is cracked ngl
Yuki is an outlier, honestly.
She picked the hero system up extremely quickly and played to heavily optimize it.
fr i now get why u were saying that shes only ml 66 and knows so much
She's higher level. That's just when this particular example stops.
Further progression was omitted because it leans a little too far into "maybe we shouldn't be showing a roster this good to somebody still picking up the basics" territory.
And the pictures are just to show you what gradual improvements to a roster looks like
I'm 83 right now
yuki just cut out the part where she retired all heroes and made the roster only spellblades 🙂 (wait, that was ark, not yuki)
ML66 pic was from 17 June
(i'm joking)
I won't do that
Because I hate spellblades
this year?
I'm not going through all that pain of hiring another spellblade ever again
Yup yup
The point I wanted to make, is that roster improvement explodes once you get a few carry heroes
(Again, yuki is an outlier on the high end.)
how did u lvl up so fast
Do not focus on what other people are doing.
The pictures didn't show the explosive growth I got from bleakspire because I hadn't started farming bleakspire until I got my 2nd & 3rd soul
selling stuff in the shop (i know that sounds unhelpful, but thats mostly everything)
😂 thats some wizardry
like i would be able to even if i focused
lmao
i am
i farm t 13 t 12 during lcog and tot
to lvl
but even i am not that fast
I think we're getting a bit sidetracked here 😛
But you are the creator of this post and since you changed your question to "How did you lvl up so fast"
I didn't do anything special actually...
It was just semester break and I was super addicted to shop titans
I didn't even buy T13 stuff to sell back then
I just bought T5/T6/T7 because I couldn't get myself to "waste" so much gold
i buy them at below base
only
Voidminster Habit is immediately out. It's a baseline crafted item = it only has one stat.
As a general rule, you should never use items that only have one stat unless you have no other choice.* Items with an inbuilt element do not count - that's a free enchantment, not a second stat.
*There are two exceptions: if you need more Element power pre T14 elements OR it's a Spellknight and you're using a chest BP item in the weapon / spell / ring slot.
ok
i just got one more thing to ask
we talked about this before
can i retire her now
i dont like that she has got 2 skills
(Important note: Why the heck are you using a Crossbow on a hero who has three bonuses to Staffs?)
i remember what yuki and archon said but still getting an itch
Personally, I would consider promoting it hahaha
Bonus skill is relatively easy to get
u said not to just some days back
Yeah I know I did
😭
My opinion on her has not changed.
I'm a gambler at heart
equip a staff and see if you like her then 😄
i like the feeling of gambling while rehiring more

ok
Your choices right now are to promote and gamble (not recommended and very risky since you'd be better off promoting a strong t3/t4 hero who already has three good skills)
OR to fire her and hire a T3/T4 attacker in her place (Safe option and what archon recommends)
ah, dont buy it if you want to fire her
ye
i want to fire her
yessssssss
yessssss
lesgoooooo
Hold on...
okok
Lemme check to see if your roster is at a spot where you should consider her as your next fire
poor Teela. Tried her best but was still not good enough
Relevant:
Based on what we just talked about, which of these would be a good option?
(Assuming you were keeping her)
wisdom
Because?
Yule's Herald has HP instead. Is that a good option?
Yup! I checked and I see a few other heroes that are "worse" but because those heroes have more skill slots to work with, and have higher base stats, they're better than your current mage
For that, I think it's safe to say that you can let go of her
Resending the roster here because it's annoying to scroll up
ML60 has 18 hero slots and 6 quest slots, as such you should ideally have 6 fighters and 3 heroes for each element.
I'll tell you what hero to hire after you send your updated roster 👀
ok
6 fighters
5 rogues
7 spellcasters
3 light
3 water
2 fire
3 dark
3 air
2 earth
These elements do not have two archetype coverage
- light
- air
- earth
Since you're firing your mage teela, you'll be down to 1 fire. Pick up a musketeer
I think archon would say that both would be good options. you already have quite a bit of HP, which makes DEF better, but you also have a HP boosting skill
Musketeer will give you two archetypes for fire and balanced number of heroes across all archetypes while also giving you back the fire hero you fired
Wow, I just realized that all three of your dancers have a lot of potential!
If I were you, I'd use voldemort to carry your dancers to level 35 quickly
Nope!
whatever you have available works
Argon/Rudo/Ashley + Warlock + Dancer + Dancer
See where that gets you
There's one that has air barrier
If your dancers can survive that, do that
just the warlock and a dancer?
If your warlock is well built, she should be able to carry that team. I'm not sure if she's strong enough to kill the enemy before the enemy kills your dancer though!
Gimme a sec!
Current equipment for warlock:
The Final Death
Business Suit
Eversweet Cornucopia
Voidwalkers
Tales of Yule
Darkness Millennium
All 6 leviathan because you don't need the survival against bleakspire
Go for it!
skills to look for in muski
Any skill that gives the following (No particular order!)
- Weapon skill (Mandatory)
- Bonus attack (Mandatory)
- Evasion
- CHC/CD
- HP
That's a good start but if you want to continue rerolling 🤷♀️
I can't stop you
Aim for a good S2
That's the typical advice we give if your core roster is decent and you want a good hero 😛
It's good
S2 is only "outclassed" by one skill which is cloak & daggers
It's a great skill!
I run one defensive skill on ALL of my attackers except for my first three souled attackers
If I could go back and give those three attackers a defensive skill before I soul them, I would for two of them
So is this a GOOD?
Only then I keep
Only 50k so i am rerolling until I get some thing GOOD
This IS good
Is it the BEST? No!
Is it really good? Depends on S3
Is it good? Even if S3 turns out to be a dud, yes!
BUT
Here's the major caveat 😬
Musketeers are an attacking class, so they absolutely need a weapon skill and a bonus attack skill

Neither S1 nor S2 are either of those
So you need to get a weapon skill/bonus attack in S3
Promote, and then get the other in S4
Which makes your options quite limited
S1 and S2 are great by itself, but you not having Roland makes it a bit harder to recommend keeping this hero because of the specific skills you need to get in both S3 and S4
That's phenomenal!
DOB is my bias on all rogues (In a good way)
It's my go to and preferred choice
You don't want to reroll it now because if you do, it might come back at S3 or S4 😛
I always pick up low tier stuff for ascension fodder and blueprint mastery
But if you don't want to do that and want BIS item
Betrayer's Hands are BIS for a good few heroes that want the offensive power
I don't use it because I want more bulk in my equipment, so I run titan admiral gloves instead
ok
But a lot of higher level players only care about offensive power, and if they're looking for offensive power, it doesn't get any better than betrayer's gloves 😛
but these are decent?
At least, if they are picking up gloves to begin with
It's a T14.
Oh right... that's t14
Sorry forgot you don't have t14 yet 😬
Use bear for now
Or maybe kraken or chimera?
whens t14 unlocking
Tbh I didn't focus on spirits until t14 haha
do i go for the cheapest among these?
Honestly, I have no clue which one to pick up!
att / crit / hp
eva
gimme a set for dancers too
;-;
pls
im confusedd
and this one too
Make sure your heroes have equipment in all slots.
You also have four baseline crafted items here.
General rule of thumb for T12 spirit:
- Fighters, use half Phoenix / half Tarrasque. You can go full Phoenix or full Tarrasque if you sim it and it works better for your specific setup. Christmas > Phoenix if the fight averages 8 turns or less.
- Rogues who don't need Evasion & crit based Spellcasters use Chimera.
- Rogues who do need Evasion (or CHC) use Carbuncle.
- Spellcasters otherwise use Kraken.
Blueprints unlocked using research scrolls
They're called baseline craft because they only have 1 and only 1 stat on the equipment
When picking equipment for heroes, even a lower tier item with 2 stats will outperform a higher tier single stat item
Remember this part?
u mean diff chanel?
if so my bad
jester jouster
I meant that you asked two very different equipment related questions one right after the other, so it's easy to confuse the second one as being a continuation of the first.
