i think i saw somewhere that you can't have two accounts? its like an account reportable offence? is that true?
basically when i play games like this in the past ive always made two accounts, one thats free to play and one that i can spend money on, i enjoy the challenge of free to play but also enjoy spending money.
can anyone confirm if its true you cant have two accounts?
and if you can have two accounts, how do i set it up?

Having two accounts is not allowed and is in the ToS.
So yes, this is very much not allowed.

To give my own two cents, I remember watching a shop titans content creator having two accounts. But that was with explicit permission from Kabam after reaching out to them via email

I can pretty firmly say that this will not be allowed.
You can count on one hand the number of times Kabam has granted permission for this, and it's always been at the special request of a content creator who's already well-established in the community.
They will not allow it just because any random person asks for it.
(AKA it happens so rarely that it realistically should not be mentioned as a thing that even can happen)
