#Getting kicked for no apparent reason

This has happened a lot but whenever im just doing stuff id randomly get kicked back to the loading screen forcing me to redo whatever it was I previously had done, im on IOS so i don’t know if it’s just phone related

Absent more information, that sounds like it may be an unstable connection. Does it happen on both mobile data and Wi-Fi?

Yeah it does but mainly wifi

I have the same problem on steam windows 11 version and Android samsung galaxy tab S6. I know its not an internet problem because when I use my iphone to play, I never got disconnected. But on Iphone, the app takes too much resources and making my iphone too hot and surely after playing about 15 minutes it crashed and forced closed.

Definitely more common after updates or when an event starts.

I have the issue too but I narrowed it down to my home WiFi and mesh system, the game would reconnect as my phone would move to a different mesh node in the house

Just happened to me twice on Epic on PC (wired internet connection) and it happens on my Galaxy tablet as well.

I have this issue constantly but only with shop titans while on good and consistent wifi, both on epic games on my pc or on my iPhone 16. It’s been an issue for as long as I can remember though, but it happens constantly, probably 3 times an hour at least

happens a lot when food turns up after a sale... that going on for a long time.. not happens all the time but with food in the shop and bounty refreshment it can happens.

Just jumpin in here. I have that issue as well on my mobile devices. I have an Iphone XR and a Samsung a12 When I play on Steam though it is fine. My internet is fine so its not that either. Usually happens more when a big event or sale starts

I have 2 or maximum 3 disconnects like that a day
