It's really common to post screenshots instead of the full export.

#

Most of your heroes are also lacking their full natural skillset as well, so I would recommend levelling everybody to 35 and then posting a new export for a proper breakdown.

Every hero here aside from Eryn is worth levelling to 35.

so if the hero has all yellows and reds its still viable and i should carry on levelling it?

Those skill ratings don't mean as much as most people think they do.

#

I would absolutely not recommend you use them as the exclusive metric for judging your heroes.

#

Additionally, StFaceSmile does not mean "this is bad, don't use this".

Hover over the rating icons to see what they mean.

Looking over a little more closely (I'll be honest, I skimmed very quickly at first):

  • Fran - Reroll EagleEyes to basically anything that has a defensive stat on it
  • Lysta - Worth promoting, I missed her at first
#

I would also highly recommend you consider picking up three points in the Argon's Finest talent in the Questing tree. This allows you to hire heroes at a higher level. Three points raises the minimum level to 10 so you can see their first two skills immediately, making it a lot faster when cycling through new heroes.

when i use a die am i able to choose between the old skill and a new one or is it just replaced

You can see what the skill will become and you can pay 20 gems to keep the current one.

Argon's Finest is much higher priority.

#

For the skill ratings thing, here's a super easy example. If you check the ratings for Berserker / Jarl, you'll see that the first set has mostly StFaceHappy skills and the second has much lower ranked skills.

The big thing is that the first set doesn't make any sense when taken as a whole. Each individual piece is strong sure, but they don't compliment each other at all.

The second set is the inverse. The individual skills are weaker, but every skill has some defensive aspect to it, so they form a unified direction - this is a tank with a splash of offensive power.

You can see this directly in their stats. The second set has higher HP and Defense, despite completely identical equipment.

I would recommend you check out the website ST Central if you haven't already. There's a ton of hero related guides, including a deep breakdown on what you're generally looking for with each class.
