Player ID: Quil#83364. On iOS. Just bought the Superior pack and it did not complete the content pass for Mega Pack!. It was my understanding the mega packs, superior packs, and such would all complete the these tasks now.

I bought the superior pack and the task did light up green for me but I tapped the lit up task above it first. Now the mega pack task isn’t green or completed.

You are correct, turns out when we switched the superior packs over to match the format of mega packs their type changed and that new type was not added as a valid type for this task's completion. It will be added.

I've verified that all three of you indeed purchased a package of intended valid type and at a valid time (i.e. after the content pass started). I've manually marked the task as completed for you all, you should be able to log in and claim it now.

For anyone else encountering this issue, please submit a support ticket.

I dont know if it was read, but just saying that i just submitted another ticket from above mentioned link. Just to be safe that i really sent a ticket than sorry

Doing another ticket slows you down as duplicates get deleted and youll end up at the back of the queue

a weird thing that i found out. the Nutty item bundle from the super offer completed the mega pack task from the pass
