Was playing fine then I ended up updating and the game completely reset after I signed into my account again. I was level 20 and played alot, what can I do?

I don't have an id as it's just reset

did you set up cross connect? They changed stuff related and it logged people out
if you remember your name someone might be able to find your #1234

Then it asked me to log back in after the update and then it put me back

By redownloading, I got back on but my email is now connected to the level 0 account
