Did you set up cross connect on the original device

It does also look like you have not updated the game from yesterday's hot fix

I'd suggest contacting support for assistance in account recovery

Looks like you didn't ever set up Cross Connect, which is why you can't log in using that

You did, however, set Google Play up

#

So as long as you're on the same Google Play account, you should be able to log in on a "new" ST account, then go to Settings and just hit "Connect"

That'll force it to auth in with the platform login

Note that's not "Cross Connect", that's just "Connect"
