Looks like you didn't ever set up Cross Connect, which is why you can't log in using that
You did, however, set Google Play up
So as long as you're on the same Google Play account, you should be able to log in on a "new" ST account, then go to Settings and just hit "Connect"
That'll force it to auth in with the platform login
Note that's not "Cross Connect", that's just "Connect"
