I can understand it sucks but there isn't anything that can really be done until that point
I mean the delay may not even be on kabam's end, it could be on your payment processor

You could remove it yeah, they don't need to see it at this point
If you have to go through a ticket (as it doesn't activate within 24 hours) then they might want those details but right now it can be hidden/deleted
