Someone please explain to me what's going on with these dud dice. I have been crafting dice on full moon the past a few months, and I am only getting the same skills back to back as if there are no other skills. On a few occasion, it wanted to replace my current skill with the same skill! I didn't even think that was possible. I feel like the game is pushing people to purchase workers. I have to say I feel like some of the constant micro transactions has taken the fun out of the game lately. Statistically it's impossible to get this unlucky.

Would you happen to have any screenshots of it offerring you the same skill? it shouldn't be doing that at all
Unfortunately, I don't know. You know when you get so frustrated and you just keep clicking on something? That's how it felt, as if I was at a slot machine keep pushing the button and the machine keep taking my money.

Just helps with trying to find out what might be causing it - like if it's a certain skill or class or w/e it'd be helpful to have a hero you can take to the devs and go "look, rerolling this skill is giving me the option of the same one"
I completely understand unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot. However, you have my user id, can't the development team look at my logs on the server? You will the egregious amount of dice I have crafted and used on these heroes to an unsatisfactory skills. Moreover, it feels like the skill pool very small and it keeps repeating most of the discarded skills previously. It also makes me think this is by design where you the game would present you with better options if you used gems or have Roland unlocked. I refuse to believe I've been this unlucky the past a few months.
I'd need to know what skills you already have. Because some skills lock out other so if you have those, you are limiting your pool if unintentionally if you're looking for one specific skills. Weapon skills for example
For this particular scenario I had the wand skill and was shooting for penta cast, gambler's edge or signature move etc. All I kept getting was future sight and ethereal form. And I know what you mean but this is NOT the case here. There is something seriously wrong with this dice rolling system. I have lost count on how many dice I have spent to get these heroes tweaked out and it is just not happening!
Reiga doesn't work for Kabam. However, if tou really want them to look in to it then it is best to make a support ticket.

Besides that, if you really think it is broken then it is also good to keep track from now on. Write down every dice use you did and what skill you got. You after like 1000 you can check the % and see if it is broken or not
I think what OP trying to say is that when Re-roll skill1 using
[example]
- 1st roll, skill A
- 2nd roll, skill B (use
keeping skill A) - 3rd roll, skill B again (use
keeping skill A) - 4th roll, skill B again

That can always happen. That is why we need hard data to see if it is wrong or not. That is all we can do as a community.
It's exactly how Lord said however, this time around I noticed the system was trying to replace a skill I already had and that did NOT look right at all. And why am I keep getting the same set of skills as if there are no other skills left in the pool? I mean isn't there a log file per player on the server? Every item that has been created and used? I know there is because we configured out DC to receive some of that data from union. So, how do I get Kabam to take a look at that data and see what is going on? Shouldn't the system have an error when the same skill is being offered as a replacement?
