What affects the king coming? If i dont sell anything in the shop aside from the kings item, will he still come?

King appears every 24-48 hours, you must have a superior+ item on the shelf. He also takes the place of a customer, so having a good customer flow will have him appear quicker. You also can't keep a worker hanging out at your counter, as they block each other

I got the worker part. But having a flow of customer will make him appear quicker? And is 48 his max? Because I plan to remove my shelves and focus on crafting and selling on market

If you don't have any quality items on display in the shop the king will never come. You need green or better.

I don't recall where I read that but it seems that the cool down for the king to come is kind of a percentage:
after 24 hours have passed every sale made in the shop increase the % of your next customer being the king.

Also, even if people says you need at least a green item to spawn the king that's not true.
He will come when he wants no matter what. and if you only have white (normal) quality gear he will pick amongst those.
I've been screwed many times because of it.

Ofc if you have higher quality items he will focus on that too.

To level up is mandatory that you sell in the shop, avoiding it or slowing it is only detrimental.
Morever customers coming into your shop have a chance to bring you any kind of items even those that you can't craft.
I've geared many heroes with this feature.

If you see this happening please record if possible (or at least provide pictures) cause that's a bug 😛
the only time he can/should be asking for white quality gear is as a second sale via Kaipo's effect - it'll ask for a white item if there's no quality on display as a fallback mechanic to avoid it being wasted

but he should never be asking for a white item as his first choice
