#Can't place the fountain in the basement

Idk if this is intended or a bug so I'm posting here. It's both a furniture piece as well as a regular use item so I'm unsure.
I cannot fit it in my shop. It's too big. Plus I don't want it in my shop anyway.
So for now I have to put it away and will have to take it out each day.
I apologize if it's not a bug or oversight issue.
