he filed a ticket and idk how they do it, but his ticket is still pending im assuming. anyway he can do something to bump his ticket up. hes just getting tired of doing the tutorial part.

Was it a mail ticket or through ingame? If through ingame he might have lost access to the ticket. Maybe ask him about that too.
