We’ve had a random person show up in our guild notifications. This person does not exist in our guild since we are full. All guild members can see this notification. We also noticed that their name is white instead of blue.

I've had it before when someone was kicked out we got the notification when they next came online, almost like the game hadn't fully registered it yet but not known it go beyond that before. Interesting. Did they used to be with you?

We had it lately someone showed up in the notifications, which our Guildmaster said, he was kicked 2 Years ago 😄
Probably a sleeping one, that awakened?

Yep, this is exactly what happened.
This player was a part of your guild and then was kicked.
When this player ‘woke up’, yours was the last guild the player was in, so your guild gets the notification.
In this case, the number of crafts needed to master an item was lowered some time ago, so it was automatically mastered upon log-in.
