I’m a level 59 and have little knowledge on heros, I was wondering if anyone could help me configure them. Also I have to mention that at some stage I had high level heros with bas skills and I didnt know anything about heros so retired most of them.(thats why I have low level heros). Another question I do have is that the hero Natasha has 175/170 Hurricane element but the skills arent going to IV, why is that?

Quick answer for the level IV skills, they need to be Souled for that
