Hello, any ideas of objects (max T7/ T8 for now) to put on sale for gems? I would like to start saving for store extensions
Do you also have recommendations for earning gold? I always feel like I’m behind on this

To make a lot of gold, I would recommend looking at this calendar. Champions will come by your shop on schedule and request items in exchange for champion coins.
Every player gets these champion visits, but a lot of players are too lazy/busy to make the items, so they buy from the market. For end-game players, champs request anything from T7-T10, so with a little luck, you can sell something on the market for double its base price.
If you have any of the workers who require IRL money to unlock, then I would focus on their lines. Since fewer players have access, their items have a higher demand and sell for more money.
Unfortunately, I don’t believe anything in your range would sell for a lot of gems, but don’t despair. Pretty much any flawless or epic item can sell for gems on the market, it just takes some time to find a buyer.
It’s a bit of an investment, but if you fully ascend an enchantment, there is a quality boost milestone, meaning you are more likely to craft flawless and epic items. Since enchantments don’t come around every tier, there is more demand and you are more likely to find someone who wants to buy your enchantment for gems. (Speaking from experience when I say this.)

Do all players (of my level) have the same request from the champion or is the requested item different between each player?

As far as I know, the item requested is completely random.
Each champion chooses from multiple item lines and will select one BP you can craft.
