ok like the last time the problem is only on desktop and on mobile its working as it should
Mine is the exact same, but the problem I had last time. Is that I couldn't purchase the 6th bundle. And therefore couldn't get the special offer pack

Can confirm that this does happen and when you purchase any of the packs, the items on the page thereafter change. For example, the bottom left pack, once purchased, still shows up but the blueprint is removed and replaced with more tokens.
That said, once all packs are purchased, the offer proceeds to the special offer as expected. So it may be showing packs you already have, but if you can't click on them, you can ignore them - the game does seem to know and consider them as purchased for the trigger for the king pack.
Buy the packs you can and file a ticket with Screenshots is the general advise on this kind of issue. But you can of course wait for someone official to respond here or file a ticket to check, if that changed
Alright, so got official word back on this one. No need for a ticket - all that's going on here is a visual bug. A very misleading one, but the functionality is all still there. If you have a pack you can't interact with, it's because it's supposed to be transparent with a big ol
over it to indicate you already own it. It's not meant to be interactable, and you shouldn't need to buy it in order to access the follow-up superior offer.

Yeah when i bought my packs, they reapeared, and i could purchase them again, but with tokens instead of bps.... ngl its annoying but I didnt have to make a ticket, as the final offer did unlock

ok another weird fact. if you play shop titans on linux with proton emulating the windows version, it is displayed as it should
My worker pack also displayed as bought, it was just the other 5 that broke, and im on epic games, and android

So it looks like what happened is you made a purchase, it encountered an issue of some kind (likely a payment not clearing or a bank/card decline), and Google just reversed the charge entirely. There's nothing we can do in a circumstance like that, because we aren't the ones who issued the refund, nor are we the ones who reversed the charge. You'd need to speak to Google's support team about that, not us. This seems to have been explained in your ticket.
We can't simply credit you the purchase, because you at this point haven't paid for it.
At least on the plus side you're not getting dinged for refunding something because it never got to them
Sadly they responded before you did, I wish I had remembered to say something here about it. Im guessing it was due to combining credits and money. I can't find a way to contact Google support about it.

Actually, I've already spoken to the team about working out a workaround purchase method for you for this particular transaction. That would have to be done in your ticket though, not here
So far no answers. I'm being passed back and forth by Rob and Mel. They told me to contact Google support, but I am not having luck finding where. If anyone knows how to contact them, that would be appreciated, this is all I've found.
There are no issues with my Google payment as RM went thru days later.
Looks like they just didn't have a chance to act on the request I gave them yet to work out a workaround purchase with you. Disregard the request to go to Google support - that's the standard response for when we can't assist with a purchase issue, but in this case we can assist.

Well we try to avoid responding until we have something to respond with, so the ticket doesn't drop out of the "pending reply" section
(It also doesn't usually take nearly this long to get a follow-up back from the team, though :\ )
