They will respond when it's your turn also it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for payment to get through. (Meaning you don't have the money anymore but kabam doesn't have the info from payment provider yet)

If you filed the ticket on the weekend then those hours don't count in the 24 - 48 hour response time. Its only about halfway through Monday work hours. Unfortunately you just have to wait.
