As the message in your first screenshot states, your payment wasn't completed
If your money is missing it might have been placed temporarily in holding by your purchasing method. But the purchase itself hasn't cleared.

Wait for the payment to clear.
If it doesn't within a few days, the purchase platform should return the funds to your account

It's not particularly user-friendly, and I'd disregard that bit of it. It's a generic error.
I looked up the transaction itself in the system though, and it was listed as NotValidated, which is the status for when a purchase attempt is logged but the payment hasn't cleared yet
