You need to click on the skill you want to change, then click reroll , then use drop down menu

If you go into the new hero you want to reroll, click the skill you want to reroll and hit reroll skill, choose a skill drop down and you should be able to select the skill

as i stated it worked the first time
when selecting hero #2 it does not work

never mind i see now, i click onthe rarirty symbols, the first time i used it had a diffrent symbol

Every claim we've seen of it not working so far has just been people being thrown by the presentation being a bit different from what they were expecting

yes it was, i suggest you to hotfix this bc you will receive a lot of complain about that :

the problem is the ! notification disapearing after the first hero rerolled

I tried reroll on second hero and it used dice without being able to choose a skill.
