On steam there is a lovely set of keyboard shortcuts to faster sell items as well as surgarging, banter etc.
These seem to be missing on the iOS/iPad version.
It would be ideal if they would also be made available on these platforms as you can now play the iPad app on MacOS, and soon also the iPhone version.

Why do you need keyboard short cuts on touch screen devices? Only time the keyboard shows on screen is changing prices to sell items on market. I don't see my keyboard when selling in shop.

I dont know how others do it but my iPad is only used with a Magic Keyboard which means I use all the usual macOS shortcuts to do things - apart from those which dont work like cmd+shift+5.
No idea if third party keyboards offer the same functionality
And yes as mentioned - M-chip macs just download the usual app from the App Store
